The food, presentation and table decorations were a hit.  A Taste of Ireland was a long distance recommendation to cater a special 90th birthday party, and everything went off like clockwork.  Louise and her helper were professional, polished, and right on point with everything.  Her recommendations and coordination ahead of time were perfect and we could not have been happier.  A real value for the price.              Son of the Birthday Guest, Bob
