Meet Louise

Since 2005, Louise has been bringing a wealth of skills and cuisine knowledge to her clients in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Her specialty is food from the Emerald Isle where she grew up, but she also delights in creating dishes from other European countries, such as Stuffed Cabbage from Germany, Lasagna from Italy and Beef Burgundy from France. Dishes from the USA, for example, Pulled Pork and Hamburgers, are also requested and popular foods. Going south of the border, she has served fajitas and tacos.


She has catered for gatherings of two to over 200. If your group is large or small, desiring Irish food or American cuisine, Louise and her crew will provide delicious food for your event.
